Provides free individual, couple, and group counselling for adults experiencing relationship conflicts, difficulty balancing the demands of family life, dealing with life transitions, anxiety, or depression. Referral required through Adult Mental Health team; call Access Services (310-MSHU) to schedule an assessment. Adult mental health services are available without a referral through the Fee for Service Counselling program; rate is $130/hour. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
