Investigates concerns about abuse, neglect, and self-neglect of adults who are unable to seek support and assistance on their own due to being physically restrained, physical limitation, or medical condition that interferes with their ability to make decisions. Callers may report anonymously. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. This is not an emergency service; emergency services should be used in cases where the caller believes there is imminent harm. For cases outside of Prince George, callers will be assisted to find a local designated responder in their community.
