Provides long-term, low-barrier affordable housing to individuals, couples, and families who are BC residents and have low to moderate incomes. Eligibility criteria include household income less than or equal to the BC Housing housing income limit of the region. Size of units varies. Units are priced 20 to 30 percent under market rate.
