Serves victims of all types of crime, including those injured and bereaved by accused that have not been identified or charged. Provides emotional support and practical assistance such as transportation and accompaniment to meetings, hospital, and court; form completion assistance for the Crime Victim Assistance Program and Victim Impact Statements; liaison with justice system personnel; information about the criminal justice system, court proceedings, and case status and hearing dates; and referral to other agencies/services as needed. Serves Alexis Creek, Big Creek, Hanceville, Kleena Kleene, Nemaiah, Redstone, Riske Creek, Tatla Lake, and nearby reserves. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
