Provides treatment and support to people living with complex mental health and addiction issues who have not been well served by traditional systems of care. Works with individuals who have been identified as needing additional, specialized, ongoing supports to assist in their recovery. Services include crisis assessment and intervention; illness management and recovery skills training; individual supportive therapy; addictions treatment; employment support services; administration and monitoring of medical prescriptions; supports for medical care, housing, benefits, and transportation; and case management. Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; program hours are 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week.
