Service Description
Provides housing and support to adults and seniors with an acquired brain injury and physical limitations, developmental disabilities, and medical health care needs. The individual shares a home with a person and/or family who is contracted to provide ongoing support. Referral required from the local Home Health Office, Fraser Health.
