Provides outreach and individual counselling for youth ages 13 to 19 (with the extension of support up to age 24 for those engaged previously) who would like to change their relationship with alcohol and drugs. Staff provide support based on individual goals and needs; support may include help with improving emotional health and physical wellness, family or significant other relationships, connecting with services, education, legal issues, housing, and aftercare planning. Referral accepted from self or other. Apply by completing the online referral form and emailing it directly to the counsellor responsible for services in specific catchment areas. Serves Aldergrove, Chilliwack, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, Delta, Ladner, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Tsawwassen, and White Rock. Funded by Fraser Health.
