Disasters such as flooding, landslides, mudslides, or ice jams may be eligible for financial assistance to replace items essential to a home, livelihood, or community service. Available to qualifying homeowners, residential tenants, small businesses, farm owners, charitable organizations, and local government bodies. Applications can be submitted by phone, email, or online through the Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA) portal.
