BC Workers' Advisers Office

Provides workers in BC and their dependants with free independent advice, assistance, representation, training, and mentoring with respect to workers' compensation issues; operates independently of WorkSafeBC. The Worker Portal provides a fast and secure way to send and receive information. Regional offices are located in Campbell River, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Nelson, Prince George, Richmond, and Victoria. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
