Service Description

Dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm, and wild animals in BC. Services and programs include cruelty investigations, sheltering and adoptions, emergency rescue and treatment, low-income spay/neuter program, children's camps/programs, humane education, and advocacy. Also provides animal control services under contract to City of Maple Ridge; see municipal record for details. Shelter hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Animal adoption and viewing hours are 12 noon to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 12 noon to 4:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Office hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays; after-hours emergency line hours are 5 pm to 12 midnight nightly.
