Services and programs include cruelty investigations, sheltering and adoptions, emergency rescue and treatment, humane education, and advocacy. Takes surrendered animals, and stray dogs, cats, and domestic small pets. Hours are 12 noon to 4 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Serves Bowser, Coombs, Dashwood, Deep Bay, Errington, French Creek, Hilliers, Horne Lake, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach.
