Dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm, and wild animals in BC. Services and programs include cruelty investigations, sheltering and adoptions, low-income spay/neuter program, emergency rescue and treatment, humane education, and advocacy. Takes surrendered animals, and stray cats and domestic small pets. Hours are 1 pm to 4 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Serves Hartley Bay, Kincolith, Kitkatla, Metlakatla, Port Edward, Port Simpson, and Prince Rupert.
