Dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm, and wild animals in BC. Services and programs include cruelty investigations, sheltering and adoptions, emergency rescue and treatment, low-income spay/neuter program, humane education, and advocacy. Takes surrendered animals, and stray cats and domestic small pets. Hours are 11 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and by appointment Fridays. Serves Salt Spring Island.
