Service Description

Provides semi-independent housing for young adults ages 19 to 30 who are living with a mental illness, and are independent but may require some assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications or life skills. Support services provided include meals and medication support, referrals to community services, and recovery planning. Staff work with residents to help them gain the necessary skills to move to a more independent setting. Transitional housing is intended for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safety in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Intake and funding is by Fraser Health.
