BounceBack

Provides free skill-building mental health program for BC residents ages 13 and older, based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Helps participants learn strategies and take action to manage low mood, worry, inactivity, unhelpful thinking, avoidance, and mild to moderate anxiety and depression. BounceBack Coaching provides one-on-one support over four to six sessions by phone. Teaches skills to help manage mood and cope with life's challenges. Coaching is available in English, French, Cantonese, and Mandarin. A referral is required from a primary care provider (physician, nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, or registered clinical counsellor). BounceBack Online provides access to educational modules that include interactive workbooks, worksheets, and videos designed to help participants who prefer to learn independently cope with and overcome low-mood and worry. Free registration. BounceBack Today Videos provide practical tips for managing mental wellbeing. Free registration. Videos are available in English, French, Arabic, Cantonese, Farsi, Mandarin and Punjabi. No referral required for BounceBack Online or BounceBack Today Video.
