Four-month group-based program designed for women who self-identify as having experienced trauma, violence, abuse, or neglect. Through intentional curriculum and skilled facilitators, participants explore a range of personal and professional development topics. Participants are expected to be out of crisis and have clear motivation for re-entering the workforce, returning to school, and/or volunteering. Open to all women (transgender and cisgender), non-binary, and Two-Spirit people who identify as part of the women's community and are living in the Saanich Peninsula, Sooke, Westshore, and Victoria.
