Residential care facility for adults with complex health care needs who require 24-hour care. Services include nursing and personal care, medication administration, social and recreational activities, meals, laundry service, and end-of-life care. Provides 112 beds, including a 22-bed special care unit for clients with Alzheimer's disease. Monthly rate is up to 80 percent of client's after-tax income.
