Medical clinic which provides a supportive, multidisciplinary, outpatient opioid agonist treatment program for individuals who use heroin or other opiates. Offers ongoing care and treatment using medications such as methadone or suboxone, and access to services such as counselling, residential treatment, and other supports. Assessments and referrals through Rapid Access to Addictions Care. Operates 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
