Provides free, confidential, multilingual phone services to victims of sex and/or labour trafficking in Canada, affected others, and/or service providers who have human trafficking concerns. Offers emotional and crisis support, as well as information and referral regarding victim services, law enforcement, transition houses, and long-term supports and services. Receives tips of potential human trafficking cases, by phone or online. Also educates the public about the issue. Hotline and web chat operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Also offers an online directory of emergency, transitional, and long-term victim services across Canada. Funded by Public Safety Canada.
