Provides drop-in Health Care Services for seniors from registered nurses, dietitians, and volunteers who measure blood pressure and blood sugar. Offers lectures on topics like health, social opportunities, and other activities to seniors in Burnaby and online. Cancer Support Group for patients, survivors, caregivers and volunteers meets 1 pm to 3 pm Thursdays every month in Burnaby. Brain Injury Support Group for affected people and their families meets 10 am to 12 noon on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Parents Care Group for Children with Special Needs meets 10:30 am to 12 noon Fridays on the second and fourth week of each month. Provides Critical Illness Care training for Christians who are interested in caring for patients and their families. Offers skills training for youth with special needs. Services are available in Cantonese and Mandarin.
