Service Description

24-hour staffed, supportive housing that offers a safe place for up to 10 males age 19 and over with a concurrent mental health disability and substance use issue; clients must be clean and sober upon admission and must actively be seeking recovery. Support services are provided, such as mental illness and substance use education, recovery, emotional regulation and coping skills, life skills training, job search assistance after three months, as well as discharge planning. Minimum program length is three months, maximum is two years. Residents may work or study after three months. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Pets are welcome, but based on number on site. Fees are $35.90 per day; funded via Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (MSDPR). Referral from Fraser Health. Intake hours are 3 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Administration office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. House is not wheelchair accessible. Recovery house is registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.
