Central Addiction Intake Team (CAIT) - Youth Team

Central intake team provides access to supported transitional housing and treatment for youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 with substance use issues at Peak House, Young Bears Lodge, the VCH day treatment program, or the Foundations program. Referral forms must be completed by a community counsellor or health care professional in collaboration with the client. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm daily.
