Links families and child care providers in the communities of Delta, Surrey and White Rock by offering free consultation, support, information about child care and the affordable child care benefit, help finding child care, and referral to community resources. Child care providers are supported through information, outreach, resource library, networking, and learning opportunities. Operates the Early Learning Store which sells child care resources and materials. Also offers services in partnership with Newton Family Resource Program. Serves Delta, Surrey, and White Rock. Additional office locations in Guildford and Delta, see website for hours and lcoation. Newton office hours are 9 am to 6 pm Mondays, 9 am to 12 noon Tuesdays, 9 am to 4 pm Wednesdays, 9 am to 8 pm Thursdays, and 9 am to 4 pm Fridays.  Funded by Ministry of Education and Child Care.
