Provides support, resources, and referral for child care providers and families. Services for parents include information about child care and the child care subsidy, help finding child care, referral to community resources, educational opportunities, play groups, and a toy and resource lending library. Also offers services to child care providers, including start-up and administrative information, registry listing, workshop and networking opportunities, and access to a toy and resource library. Serves Prince George and surrounding region (Burns Lake, Fort Fraser, Fort St. James, Fraser Lake, Mackenzie, McBride, McLeod Lake, Tachie, Upper Fraser, Valemount, and Vanderhoof). Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, 9 am to 7 pm Thursdays, 9 am to 4:30 pm Fridays, and 8:30 am to 3 pm Saturdays. Additional office in Vanderhoof at 186 Columbia St. West.
