Provides support, resources, and referral for child care providers and families. Services for parents include information about child care and the child care subsidy, help finding child care, referral to community resources, and educational opportunities. Also offers services to child care providers, including start-up and administrative information, registry listing, home visits, workshop and networking opportunities, and access to a toy and resource library. Serves Armstrong, Cherryville, Falkland, Lavington, Lumby, Spallumcheen, and Vernon. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, and Fridays; 8:30 am to 7 pm Thursdays; and 8:30 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Funded by Ministry of Education and Child Care.
