Free 10-week course for participants to meet child care professionals currently working in the field, network, strengthen communication skills, and receive individual support with resume writing and/or education planning. Offers optional volunteering placements with child care centres. Participants must be permanent residents and 19 years of age or older. Program may be held at Robert Lee YMCA, at Bettie Allard YMCA, or online. Registration is required; applications are accepted year-round. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
