Provides free medical advice, social support, post-op care, and hormone and surgical readiness assessments to all ages of gender questioning, gender diverse, and transgender individuals. Team includes physician, nurse practitioner, and social worker. An appointment is required. Referrals accepted from self or others. Serves residents of Chilliwack, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, and Fraser Canyon. Hours are 1 pm to 4 pm Wednesdays.
