A 41-unit, second-stage supportive housing complex for self-identified women with or without children up to age 18 who are fleeing domestic violence or abuse; may accept transgender women on a case-by-case basis. Residents must be able to live independently. Staff are available to provide one-on-one support, as well as access to legal aid, counselling, community services, and housing support. Maximum stay is up to 18 months. Units range from bachelor to four-bedroom suites. One unit is wheelchair accessible. Unable to accommodate pets. Rental rate is 30% of resident's income or shelter portion of income assistance. Potential residents can apply online. Funded by BC Housing.
