Connects individuals of any age with programs offered by Sunshine Coast Community Services as well as by outside community agencies. Provides information and resources specific to the needs of the participant. Has an extensive directory of community and government programs and resources, as well as online tools and sites to share with individuals. Hours are 9 am to noon and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
