Provides same-day access to urgent primary care to people living in Cloverdale. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals to provide immediate care, and also ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Deals with non-life threatening illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a health care provider within 12 to 24 hours but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department. Also provides appointments to patients including the frail elderly, people with mental health and substance use concerns, and patients unattached to a physician. Those who need urgent care must register first by calling or walking in. Interpretation services are available. Urgent care hours are 9 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. Primary care hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, by appointment only.
