Community and Family Services - Ridge Meadows

Gives hope and support to vulnerable individuals and families through the provision of social services and practical assistance focusing on the basic necessities of life. Helps meet the immediate and short-term needs of people in distress through emergency assistance with food, clothing, and household goods, as well as lay counselling and emergency disaster services. Offers access to laundry facilities. Sonia's Cradle provides food, clothing, diapers, and formula for families with infants; by appointment only, registration required. Back to School program provides school supplies to low-income families with children; by appointment only, registration required. Street Ministry offers weekly outreach with a Community Crisis Response Unit. Serves Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Office hours are 9 am to 2 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and Wednesdays by appointment.
