Community and Family Services - Surrey

Gives hope and support to vulnerable individuals and families through the provision of social services and practical assistance focusing on the basic necessities of life. Helps meet the immediate and short-term needs of people in distress through emergency assistance with food, thrift store clothing and household good vouchers, lay counselling, and emergency disaster services. Backpack Program provides backpacks with school supplies to low-income families in late August; registration required. Serves Surrey and North Delta. Office hours are 12 noon to 2 pm Wednesdays and 10 am to 12 noon Thursdays.
