Community and Family Services - Williams Lake

Gives hope and support to vulnerable individuals and families through the provision of social services and practical assistance focusing on the basic necessities of life. Helps meet the immediate and short-term needs of people in distress through emergency assistance with food, thrift store clothing and household goods vouchers, lay counselling, and emergency disaster services. Drop-in services include free internet access, coffee, snacks, tabletop games, a weight and exercise room, and an outreach worker. Also offers laundry facilities and shower facilities to individuals who are unhoused. Also operates food programs and a thrift store at this location; listed separately. Serves Williams Lake. Office hours are 9 am to 11:45 am and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
