Operates community-based residential facilities that provide a safe and stable welcoming home with wraparound supports to individuals on conditional release from federal correctional institutions. 24-hour staff provide residents with continuous support and advocacy as they navigate potential obstacles in reintegration, and assists them to establish positive community connections. Provides food, shelter, and access to amenities. Connects residents to support services such as addictions, mental health, employment, and education. Also provides information on obtaining housing, personal identification, medical coverage, banking services, and recreational opportunities. Clexlixten is a seven-bed facility for Indigenous people. Fairview is a six-bed facility for women, with or without children. Georgian Court is a 33-bed facility for men. Operated under contract with Correctional Service of Canada (CSC).
