Community-based Victim Services (CBVS) - Cranbrook

Provides free and confidential community-based victim services to adult (male and female), child, and youth victims of family violence; child and youth victims of abuse (physical and sexual); adult victims of historical childhood abuse; and adult victims of stalking (with or without criminal justice involvement). Services include emotional support, advocacy, court orientation and accompaniment, form completion assistance, practical assistance, information, and referral to other community resources. Accepts referral from self or other. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
