Community Connections Program

Volunteers ages 19 and up share their knowledge and experience of living on the North Shore by providing information about local resources, services and programs to new immigrants through a variety of group activities. Volunteers must be a North Shore resident for at least three years with knowledge of North Shore community resources, an interest in supporting newcomers to Canada, and have an excellent command of the English language; an additional language is an asset, but not required.
