Supports adults ages 65 and older to access non-clinical, community-based services to prevent or delay frailty. Support services include help with benefit forms, connection to in-home supports, community programming, and advocacy. Accepts self-referrals, and referrals from health care providers. Serves Pender Island. Funded by the Government of BC and managed by the United Way British Columbia.
