A support program providing group and individual counselling services to clients who are experiencing emotional distress and require short term intervention; specializes in the areas of post-traumatic stress disorder. Provides a non-judgmental, safe environment for adult men+, women+, and non-binary folks to explore their own experiences and topics like healthy relationships, childhood sexual abuse, and anger management.
