Community Housing

Murakami Gardens and Salt Spring Commons provide reduced market housing for low-income individuals and families. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria to be considered for tenancy. Apply directly to housing provider. Application form can be found online or picked up from the main office. For Salt Spring Commons, applicants are also required to be registered with BC Housing.
