Offers two specially designed and equipped apartments to people with disabilities who are making the transition from rehabilitation to independent living; units are available for short-term tenancy for up to six months. Support services include transitional and community support, rehabilitation management, assistance to secure permanent housing and accessing rehabilitation services, and assistance with necessary skills to hire and monitor personal attendants. Fees are charged.
