Provides confidential legal advocacy services in the form of information, advice, referrals, and representation. Deals with a variety of issues, including income assistance (disability applications and appeals, rights and benefits), residential tenancy issues, employment issues (employment insurance, employment standards), and Canada Pension Plan (disability applications and appeals). Office hours are 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday; meetings are by appointment only. Funded by the Law Foundation of BC.
