Community Living Support Program

Provides one-on-one life skills assistance for adults with mental health issues living in Surrey or White Rock. Services include community integration, life skills training, leisure, and recreation. Referrals are through Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre and from White Rock/South Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.
