10-bed residential program provides crisis intervention for adult clients suffering acute psychiatric symptoms. Offers a structured therapeutic environment with the intent of achieving stabilization, preventing hospitalization, and facilitating readjustment to community living. Referrals are through Fraser Health Mental Health Services; all clients are placed voluntarily. Length of stay is usually eight to 10 days. Serves Fraser Health region; individuals can access these services whenever a vacancy arises. Intake is available 24 hours per day. Licensed under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
