Provides free support, information, education, and resources to help individuals and families navigate challenges and life transitions. Serves individuals and families experiencing housing instability, seniors, residents of BC Housing's Monashee Court, and other low-income adults as capacity allows. Services include assistance with housing, rental supplements, tenancy rights, income supports, disability benefits, government benefits and tax credits, identification replacement, and access to community funding and resources that support stability and well-being. Staff can also provide referrals to other public services and community programs. Free computer and printer access is available. Access the program during drop-in hours from 1 pm to 4 pm Tuesdays and 10 am to 1 pm Thursdays, or by appointment by contacting the front desk via phone, email, or online intake form.
