Service Description

Provides information and customer service around the Compass Card used to access transit in Metro Vancouver. Customers can load credit to their Compass Card by visiting the website, accessing a Compass Vending Machine, by phoning Customer Service, and in person at the Customer Service Centre at Waterfront Station. Compass Cards can be loaded with stored value or with prepaid passes such as monthly or day passes. Riders can also tap a contactless American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card or mobile device (linked to a Visa or Mastercard credit card) to pay for an adult cash fare; the fare rate is higher than for pass holders and compass card holders. For lost or stolen Compass Cards, customers should visit the Compass Customer Service Centre at Waterfront Station, or call Customer Service. For found Compass Cards, visit the Lost and Found web page. Phone hours are 6:30 am to 11:30 pm daily. Customer Service Centre hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
