Offers a one-time phone service for BC municipal government workers to access counselling services from mental health professionals. The call team is comprised of Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) and supervised master's level students in their final year, who provide free, immediate, and confidential support, connection to resources, and referrals. The service is open to anyone working within the WorkSafe BC Classification Unit 753004, Local Government and Related Operations. Serves BC. Hours of operation are 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday. Offered in partnership with the British Columbia Municipal Safety Association (BCMSA).
