Provides free counselling for adults and couples seeking support with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, stress, grief/loss, and isolation; service is provided by extensively trained volunteers. Also offers support for youth ages 13 to 18 and their families through access to supportive counselling, crisis intervention, and mediation, as well as parent education, system navigation, outreach, and referral.
