Provides outreach support to people experiencing distress related to homelessness, mental health and/or substance use issues. Offers immediate support and referral to community resources. Drop in services include form completion and assistance obtaining personal identification from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at New Westminster Public Library Main Branch (716 6th Avenue). Operates 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded as part of the Crises Response Pilot Project.
