Acute care hospital with six beds provides 24-hour emergency medical treatment, short-term admissions, palliative care, and respite care. Clients requiring more specialized care may be referred to Whitehorse General Hospital, or hospitals out of the territory. Liaison Workers are available to offer support and advocacy for First Nations, Métis or Inuit patients. Also houses the Dawson City Clinic, a family medical practice.
