Offers personal assistance, supervision, and an organized program of therapeutic health, social, and recreation activities to seniors and adults with disabilities. Group activities vary by program, and may include therapeutic recreation, social activities, nursing assessments, and health monitoring. A hot mid-day meal is provided. Also offers therapeutic bathing program. A referral is required from Home and Community Care. Fees are charged. Hours are 9:30 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.
